There are many different events in Ireland this year.
For example, there are many food-related festivals, like the Wine Festival and the Waterford Festival of Food. The oyster season can be enjoyed in Galway, and farmer's markets can be easily found in Ireland during these events.

There're other events such St. Patricks Day, in March, and the Street Performance World Championships, in June (Dublin and Cork).
If you're more of a sport person, there are many activities in the Wicklow Outdoors Festival, including rock climbing archery, windsurfing and horseriding.

What I like and don't like about Almería.

I live in Almería, a city almost surrounded by the Mediterranean sea. I've lived here since I was 5 years old, after many movings from here to there. After all this time I've found things that I like, and others that dissapoints me.

On the bright side, the people is very kind and calm. In big cities like Barcelona, people tends to get stressed, but here people looks like they're always in a good mood.
Another good thing is the weather, most of the time there's sun and high temperatures.

On the other hand, the cold here is very wet in winter. And there isn't too much to do when it's not summer.

In conclusion, I think Almería is a good place to live, but it's maybe a little bit boring for young people that doesn't like the beach.
